Hello! welcome to this tutorial, you will learn how to create an email address whether for your business of personal purpose.
STEP 1: open your browser – I will be using “google chrome” in this tutorial.
Type http://www.gmail.com in the address bar.
Locate “sign in”, check the pictures below for direction⬇.
STEP 2: When the page loads, locate "CreateAccount", Click "For myself" if you want it as your personal email and "To manage my business" if you want a business 📧email.
STEP 3: Enter your Name – the name you want to be used in the email e.g “Johnson Omada”=Johnsonomada@ gmail.com, so enter the names in the order you prefer.
NOTE:Your name must have been used or taken by another user that bears similar name with you, if you are being prompted of such, then you would need to twist your name, try adding digit numbers after your name, e.g., Johnsonomada12@ gmail.com
STEP 4: Decide a password and enter it – Use a combination of capital letter, small letter, digit numbers and full stop or comma, this makes the password strong enough against hackers and bots. Locate and click “Next”
STEP 5/6/7: Enter your phone number and and click verify, wait for the 6-digit verification code that they would text to the phone that has your sim/number inserted and enter it in the next step
STEP 8/9: After the verification, you should see a “welcome page” with your new 📧E-mail address, complete your date of birth and proceed to the terms and condition/use page, locate and click “I agree”, and proceed to your gmail account. That’s all.
